Show Details

The first time you log into your CRM you may notice that you are not seeing all of the fields that you thought you would see. This can happen (although we always try to take care of this for you prior to you getting in there) if you do not click the "Show Details" text. I have a screenshot showing this below:



You can see in my screenshot that when the show details button is not clicked you only see a few things at the top of your page (Owner, Email, Phone...) but no other information about this person. Once you click this show details button, all the other information that you expected to see will appear (address, phone etc.).

Note* This feature is the exact same in the contact, account, mortgage, lender and all other modules. So if you are not seeing the data you thought you would see, try clicking the "Show Details" text.
