Make and log calls

You can call the records (e.g. Leads, Contacts) and also log the outgoing call details in CRM. In order to log the call information, you will have to enable Call Logging in Zoho CRM App settings. 

To enable call logging
  1. Go to Settings  in your Zoho CRM application.
  2. Under the Calls section, enable Call Logging  toggle switch.
  3. You can also specify the following:
    1. Place Call Using: Select the app with which you would like to place a call
    2. Auto Call Log: Enable the toggle switch to log the outgoing calls automatically.
    3. Log Prompt: Enable this toggle switch to receive a prompt whether or not log a call once its completed.
To make a call
  1. Go to the module and select the record whom you want to call.
  2. Tap the call  button and select the number from the record details view.
  3. Log the call once it's completed and it can be accessed from the Calls Module.

Sending Emails

If the email address is available for a record, you will be able to send emails.

To send emails
  1. Go to the module and select the record to whom you want to send an email.
    Default email  address will be 
  2. Tap the Email  icon from the record details view.
  3. You can also tap the Email template  icon and select an email template.
  4. Tap the Attachments  button and add attachments to the email.
  5. Tap Send.
If you have configured email using IMAP or POP3 protocols, you will be able to see all the related emails that you have sent to a record from the Email section. You can ViewReply, or Forward the emails from here.

To view the email related list
  1. Go to the module and select a record.
  2. Tap the Emails Tab.
    All the emails that you have sent and received will be displayed.
  3. Open an email and tap the reply  icon to send a reply.
    You can also reply to all the users in the email or forward.
  4. Tap the Filter  icon to view the Emails sent from CRMAll Users, or a selected user from your CRM account.

Sending SMS

SMS can be sent to the records (Lead/Contact, etc.) provided the Mobile number is available.

To send SMS
  1. Go to the module and select the record.
  2. Tap More  >  Send Text Message.
